By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.

I have the right to say no to you, not accepting your commission. I also reserve the right to cancel your order without any reason given, refunding any money that was already paid.I have the right to share commissioned art in my media with proper credit to the client - you (unless we discuss it otherwise). I will provide you with two revisions of the art painting process. You can write to me and ask about progress via email: [email protected]
or other media (tumblr, tiktok, instagram).
I will respond as quickly as I can.You can repost commissioned pieces on your media, but only when you give proper credits to me (tag me or give link to my carrd page). Artworks are for personal, non-profit use only.You can’t use it for commercial purposes. No AI, NFT, etc. You must be 18 or above to commission explicit art.Payment - USD
50% (of the agreed amount) after I accept your commission and before I start working on it, and 50% after I finish the piece, but before I send it to you. You can also pay 100% beforehand, it’s a free country. I accept only PayPal.
Never send me money unless I directly instruct you to!Before I accept your commission we need to talk about what you want me to paint, about your concerns and ideas. I don't bite unless you want me to :v I won’t change prices after agreeing on the amount.What you will receive and when
You will receive digital art, in high quality JPG file via email (if it won't fit in the email, then another way). There is no physical product!I’m currently using 3000x4200 px, 300 DPI canvas, but it may change, depending on the art. You will receive two files, one with higher and one with lower quality (which you should post on media if you plan to).I usually work on one art for 2-10 days. Keep in mind that I will work on one commission at a time, so this time may not be the full time it will take between me accepting your commission and finishing the art for you.I try not to have more than 3 people in the queue. I will announce when commissions are open, and update the queue daily. After I make a preliminary sketch/lineart I will send it to you, for your approval.Other info
I am taking a maximum of 3 commissions at the time. It means that there is a queue. List of currently accepted commissions is always listed on top of this document. Minor changes can be made to the final drawing, but large redraws (such as pose changes or outfit changes) cannot be made without additional charge unless the misunderstanding is on my part. Such adjustments are free of charge up to two times per art, anything more will be charged individually.Base prices

Half-body: 40 - 70 USD

  • Clients who are subscribed to my Ginger Cat tier (or higher) on Ko-fi receive -10% off any commission. You must be an active member at the time of payment to receive the discount.

  • Highly detailed armour/weapon/wings/complicated pose etc + 10 - 20 USD

  • Simple background on demand: Free (flat colour, gradient, blurred photo)

  • Do I make complicated backgrounds? No, I make “complicated” characters

  • Discount for coming back customers: YES! (ask for details)

  • Payment: PayPal 50% before and 50% after finished piece or 100% beforehand

How to commission me?

1. Send me an email: [email protected], or alternatively ask on tumblr. I prefer emails, though. Be sure that commissions are OPEN (check on top of this document or on my other media).2. Write about what size you are interested in, and what type of colouring (or lack thereof). Tell me about the character you want me to paint. Prepare some inspirations for me, be it sketches, printscreens, descriptions, etc. Never send me money unless I directly instruct you to!3. If everything is agreed upon I will send you my PayPal. Then you pay 50% (the other half when you receive the finished product) or 100% of the price beforehand.4. After some time (usually about 10 days, but it may vary) I will contact you showing you the finished version of the art (with watermarks). Upon accepting the final product I will ask you to pay the remaining amount (if any) and send you the original file afterwards.You enjoy having my art on your own. What a life.
